Energy-saving
The profiles have a heat transfer coefficient of Uf = 1.4 W / m²K. The very good energy efficiency of the system is due not only to multi-chamber profiles, but also to the threshold, which has excellent thermal insulation properties, obtained, among others, by thanks to the use of multi-thermal partitions and an integrated thermal insulation wedge made of "warm" graphite polystyrene called neopor. So the floor by the door is not cold!

A closed profile with a thickness of external walls of 3 mm (with a maximum deviation of only +/- 0.2 mm) meets the requirements of PN-EN 12608, which are for the highest quality profiles.
Number of chambers
The VEKASLIDE 82 system is manufactured on the basis of profiles with a depth of 82. There are 7 chambers in the frame, while 5 in the wing, both have a reinforcing chamber and steel profiles that stiffen the structure.
Seals
The system of external seals ensures the door tightness, even under loads such as hurricane winds and heavy rain.
